<p>I cancelled my cellphone insurance with them in August and they are still debitting me to date! *********** staff who give nothing but excuses - No one seems to know what is going on!!! I have been calling them for weeks and my query is still not resolved!!! I requested my recordings to prove what was spoken about on the phone but the lady I spoke to did not request them - now i have to wait another 7 days for my recordings!! I am sick and tired of such service!</p>
