So the ****ttt has started again. I spoke to a Johannes who confirmed that my query was resolved and that I am in credit with Cell C after I was **********ly debited and the ass holes suspended my router. I called into the call centre and spoke to a Ntombizito who said she'd call me back with feedback as she was singing a completely different song. Why is that no one at Cell C knows what's going on and me a paying customer must suffer when Ive paid for data.
