Extremely long story short CELL C!!!!!

I upgraded my contract in June, cancelled my insurance on the previous phone in June, they told me that I would be paying R999 for another 3 months for pro rata , every single month was a completely different deduction from R1300-R2400, called in every single time, absolutely nobody at ANY OF THE CELL C BRANCHES knew what was going on, all they could say was “that doesn’t look right” i have been paying R300 insurance for a phone that no longer exists, I have called in everytime, asked for my money back, they completely refused, I in fact asked some woman , not sure who she is, never seen her before but her position was around a Regional manager, her name is Natasha Ninneman (not sure how to spell her surname) I asked her straight “So you guys have been *****ing my money, you tell me that it’s being wrongfully deducted and you can’t do anything?” To which she replies “unfortunately I cannot do anything, I’m not sure what’s going on here”. ONE OF THE MANY consultants I spoke to actually told us to go to social media with our story if nobody is willing to help, THIS CAME FROM ONE OF THEIR OWN CONSULTANTS!

Precious who is the manager at waterfront cell c branch has absolutely no idea what is going on, she was in fact the lady that assisted me previously with my cell c dual sim, went back SIX TIMES for SIX DIFFERENT SIM CARDS, none of them worked, she eventually goes “ you’re just getting faulty sim cards” no help! No useful assistance , NOTHING!

We made it VERY clear that we want a reply ASAP, Natasha said that she is taking it into her own hands and she will get back to us the next day, it has now been 5 days, I have called three different branches, they have all said that they will get their regional manager to contact Natasha directly as what she is doing is absolutely not okay. I am STILL waiting for a response. Cell c just deducted the complete wrong amount AGAIN! Today!

This is only the first step, the next steps aren’t going to be this soft Cell C.
