router to Fiber configuration

I have been asking for assistance since Thursday to configure a router to an already existing Fibre line. The whole process was slow, and debilitating as I work from home and urgently needed the Fiber to be connected. After asking numerous time for assistance and receiving the same response " a request for assistance has been sent" , I became frustrated and irritated. A gentleman by the name of Laven gave me a call and withing 20min, absolutely everything was done and set up. He saved the day.
