router contract
I canceled my contract with them, yet they deducted money which is more than the amount that I have been paying the while 2 years. I canceled the contract before it ended yet I'm told that the money the are deducting is not discounted.

Thank you for contacting us regarding your cancelled contract.
Your contract cancellation was processed on the 31/08/2022 (the month contract expired) and the line was cancelled on the 30/09/2022 due to the 30 days' notice that you had to serve. Due to that the contract was out of the 24 months in September 2022, the discount did not apply as it fell away upon contract expiry in August.
As per our Terms and conditions, you were to contact us 30 days before contract expired to start serving your cancellation notice.

05 Oct 2022, 11:59I canceled knowing that I still had another month. I was called months before the contract ended in numerous occasions where I was being offered something since my routers contract was ending.
I made sure because I know and have experienced being charged when a contract has ended.
if such honesty is happening. I get data from you every month. I would also like to cancel that as well.
