Router contracr

i ordered a router (wi fi) because i wanted to enhance my internet in the house , but the sales rep never explained to me that cell c does not cater for video call after i explained to him that im struggling with network especially video calling , now when i called the technical department of cell c and tell them i cant connect to skype they informed me that cell c doesnt have capabilities for video calling no i called to cancel the contract because their wi fi router doesnt cater for my internet need they told me i will be charged a certain amount for cancelation i then explained that should i have been properly informed that cell c doesnt provide full internet capabilities like video call i woulndnt have bothered taking their contract instead the sales rep told me that cell c spends billions of rands improving the internet and network i even told the cancelation department to retrieve the tape of our sale and listen how i was mislead Its been two weeks now they have not gotten back to me instead they sent me a text telling me i must pay the cancellation penality
