Rotten Service Received

I was at Cell C Sandton City today around 6:10Pm to get a sim swap done. I informed the consultant by the name of Thabang that for several times I tried doing a sim swap with their Call Centre but I was told I am failing security and they referred me to the branch. So Thabang said he can't assist and referred me to his "Assistant Manager" by the name of Hosea Mohohoma. That guy was terribly rude to me, he didn't want to listen when I told him my side of the story and he kept telling me that he will only listen to his consultant "Thabang". I informed Hosea that on the 27/11/2019 I was assisted by their consultant with no fuss and why Today is he giving me such drama. He told me that the person (Sammy) that was helping me got FIRED and he's not gonna allow my nonsense request because he is not him. When I asked him for his details he said he's not going to give me his details and told me he's knocking off and left me there. I had to turn his computer screen to take a pic of his login details. He was extremely rude and biting a match stick or toothpick while talking to me. He looked at me like a **** ready to mug a person. I was so disguisted and was so scared of the treatment I received from him.
