Rotten Service from Cell C and C Surance

I took up a cellphone contract with Cell C and the phone had insurance but unfortunately the went missing I then went to the shop to claim for the device and I filled in the documents that were needed for my claim, the claim was then sent to C Surance and I was given a certain access fee that I had to pay in order to receive a new device, all payments where done and confirmation was given by the insurance company that they did receive the payment an estimation time of 3 - 7 working days was then given to me that the device will be deliverd to the Cell C store in the The Glen. 8 working days pasted and the phone was still not delivered nor was it ordered I then decided to call Cell C to find out what was the solution and no one was helpful they all directed me back to the insurance company that was I was not fami**** with on the day of signing the contract for I had thought it was a Cell C insurance company. C Surance then told me to wait another week and call them the next Friday to find out the what the outcome. I was not happy with the level of poor customer service that Cell C and C Surance had given me especially how the Store manager of Cell C The Glen (Neran Reddy) was so rude by not giving a damn how a client felt and what I have gone through by paying for something I do not have and not forgetting the terrible customer service I got from the Cell C Retention Call Centre which had me on hold for 30minutes and failing to attend to my request.

I would like to say how unhappy I am with this service and I regret the day I ever laid foot in the Cell C store, I want nothing to do with Cell C and its products.
