<p>on the 5th may i was misled by an add between game and cell c, an add says r259+ pm for 24 months samsung j5 and r3000 flight return voucher. it was on wednesday the08th i asked if the voucher can cover two people, consultant was unsure she gave me a leaflet to read which never state anything. i was called the following day to collect a phone as contract was approved, i found tshepo of cell c regional representative who couldnt explain the voucher, what he did he took my details and send it to rewards department, i received an sms the following monday with ref no, i called that dept and this is when they explained it to me how the voucher goes. it didnt meet my need or expectations, i said no i'll cancel the contract, i went to game east rand mall, HELL C without even listening they arrogantly says no, once you sign it's your baby, deal with it. no cooling off period. this is how HELL C operates</p>
