This morning I received a call from Cell C (084 145) and when I answered the Cell C tone blasted into my ear at a crazy volume.

I immediately put the phone down of course - I don't need this kind of abuse first thing in the morning.

Robocalling is bad enough --- but do you really have to artificially boost the volume of the audio? Did anybody even listen to what it sounds like when played through a phone? Do you really need to assault the ears of your subscribers? Do you think that this was the most effective way to communicate your message?
