ROBBING/LYING TO YOUR CUSTOMER

We are very unhappy with regards to how our new plan was handled. The lady who called my husband, ensured my husband that it will be a month to month data plan that she will put him on, she **** straight up, since then we have been harrased by Cell C to take out a contract on my NEW PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Which I have not approved or received, to top it all, this lady put me on a 24 month data plan and now I cannot even upgrade when a proper phone comes out. Cell C, I hope you get this review, because no one is capable to sort this out for me when they call me, so hopefully now a manager will call me. Someone needs to pay for this , and to top it all, I know you guys are giving out my personal details, because as soon as we have dealt with you people, all of a sudden very tom **** and harry calls me, you should feel ashamed. If you don't sort this out, then I will defiantly be going to the omdusman
