Robbing customers oof their hard earned money

Got a data sim contract only for them to keep changing things on my behalf, then overcharge me for it. When I start asking many questions they say they are investigating the matter. Only to come back and blame me, I asked for the recording of me agreeing to changes done on my account without my concern they couldn't find them even today and closed my query without refunding my money.
