Robbing contract customers

I am a cell c contract customer who has raised a query with Cell C on the 6th of July 2020 and I still have not received any assistance or solution to the issue that I am encountering of not being able to send SMS's which I will be billed R1280 for at the end of the month.

I am very frustrated because I have called the call centre numerous times but still can't send SMS's. I am powerless as Cell C will be billing me for a service that they have not delivered for 16 days.

I have just received a call from Cell C which said they need 5 - 7 working days to conclude their investigation, meaning I should continue to not be able to communicate until the 23rd of July should they honour their word by contacting me on that day.

I will refer this matter to ICASA while you I wait until for 7 days without being able to communicate effectively due to Cell C INABILITY TO RESOLVE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS PROMPTLY.

Hi Motshabi

Please recharge your account with airtime and you will be able to send out SMSs.

Why were the SMS'S loaded on the 1st of July as per the contract when the minutes and data were loaded? Why would Cell C deduct R1280 from my account at the end of the month whereas they have not met their entire obligation?

Please load my SMS's as per the contract.

Please note that one of our consultants will call you to explain further as it stands this number is on prepaid and in order to send SMS's you'd need to recharge however, we'll be in touch.

I am looking forward to cutting ties with Cell C as a service provider at the end of this month.
