Robbing business

I would never recommend cell c to anyone they are a robbing business till now my quiry is not resolved.

I have an issue with you again I remember the very same day I was complaining about this account being closed cause I have settled it and you guys gave a run around until you close it but now my issue is I have been calling requesting a paid up letter till to date nothing I'm in a process of applying for a house but you name keep appearing on my ITC report stating I still have a balance with you guys, please can I have my paid up letter before I take this matter far.
