****** both ways

<p>I had taken out a contract a month ago, only to be ****** last week. </p> <p>When I had taken the contract out I was asked whether I wanted insurance I then agreed, I asked the consultant why so much and the consultant informed me that the handset was worth that much. Upon filling in my Paper work the consultant informed me that I had now be insured . </p> <p>In the unfortunate event I was ****** last week. Going to the police station, following the procedure of blacklisting the handset and receiving an ITC number only to find out that I was not insured. Leaving me puzzled and even more frustrated because my paperwork states I clearly am insured.</p> <p>Enquiring about this at the Cell c Kenilworth branch the consultant informed me she would inform her Manager which tells me repetively that she is waiting for the Head Office to attend to this matter. I then Received an sms saying that my insurance was now confirmed but at a lower margin.</p> <p>Which makes me confused because my paper work states differently and the manager keeps advising that she is waiting from head office to check which procedures need to happen from where we left it upon my enquiry in store.</p> <p>This leaves me frustrated as I re**** on my network provider to be trusted only to feel like the problem is being covered up .</p> <p>I feel like I've been ****** both ways (by the perpetrator and my network provider)</p>
