Rippping People off

<p>i upgraded a device with cell c on the 7th July 2016 and i was then billed R537.17 and then the end of August i was billed R1648.93 which they told me its the activation charges for the upgrade. in september i added 1GB (R149) and my limit was then set to R50. the gentleman i spoke to told me they are going to bill it end of September which they did and the bill was R1385.64. then now in october, i never used any of their service just so my normal contract fee can finally go back to R699 + insurance + 100MB + whatsapp data but then i check my balance and it says i owe R1365.93 which i called the call centre last night and a lady by the name of Thando tells me they are charging me for the 1GB i took in Sep and the R50 limit. i asked what did i pay for then last month but she never gave me an answer. i will not pay this amount. i will be canceling my contract and cell c can take their device as all they know is ripping people off! </p>
