ripping people off... making up their own rates.

I have had an issue which has taken well over a month to resolve. Derrick takes AGES to get back to me and When he does it is the same story. You have calls stating which service provider I wanted to use and that was the one selected when I went to the UK. Get back and charged 54 Rand a minute for calls that should cost R 2.80<br> <br> Derrick actually had the cheek to say that I didnt say what the price was on the Call.... I DO NOT work for CELL C I do not need to Quote the prices.<br> <br> I have contacted ICASA and Would LIke The Contact Details (EMAIL AND number for Derrick's Supervisor or someone in a senior position) I DO NOT want to be contacted by Derrick.<br> <br> I do hope that someone will contact me that is willing to assist and ensure that CELL C do not lose a client in a couple of months when my contract comes to an END in 3 months.<br> <br>
