Ripping customers...... with stupid network

Cell c , ripped me off, I have Been cancelling my contract with them for years and kept on debiting , I ask for my refund , and damn they ask me which number did I use when calling them, like seriously ....... so ***********, ain’t their system suppose to keep records, to cut matter short , they told me no refund because ThEy don’t have records of my calls, seriously
