RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF

Could you PLEASE explain to me how the hell could i get my 3G data YESTERDAY, barely used my phone and now a day later ii get a message stating I HAVE LESS THAN 15MB OF MY DATA AVAILABLE!!! THIS IS FREAKING REDICULOUS as i barely have my data on.and I am NOT the only customer with this problem either. COULD you please STOP ripping your customers off... No wonder you are able to buy out other contracts for up to R10 000 because you ***** the money from your existing clients!<br> <br> the second complain is THE POOR COVERAGE! i always battle with my cell c coverage and what if i am in a emergancy situation?????<br>
