ripping contract customers on SIM SWAPS!!!

<p>A Prepaid customer pays nothing for a simple sim swap. I have been with cell C for about 18 months now on a contraact. I had defaulted and my sim cards were closed so i had to not use them an they were lost in the process. I think havent used my sim cards for about six months now even after my account has been up to date. When I called for sim swap the call center asked all the questions only to tell me I have to go to a cell c shop where they said I should pay R140. The call center says today they too would have charged me R50. Mind you I have two simcards with Cell C , meaning I will have to pay R280 to Sim Swap simcards that I pay for each and every month! from my hardly earned money. Basically I have been locked out of the usage of my simcards when I actually pay for such. The Painful part is that I am tied to the contract and yet they arent doing their end of the bargain! I am sooo dissatisfied. I'm never going to recomend a cell c contract to anyone! </p>
