********** by Cell C with my airtime

I loaded airtime of R280 and received 500 free data cause am on the supercharge tarrif. Within a few minutes all the data and airtime were finished without a warning or whatsoever. Normally when I am left with 15 megabits Cell C sends me an sms as a warning so that I can load data but this time they didn't. I called customer care and the agent said it's because it's a free benefit and to me it's a lousy excuse and very new to my ears. I want my airtime back or else I will be porting to Telkom mobile with immediate effect. I will cancelling my contract as well with Cell C should my complaint not be addressed as I expect. Anyone from Telkom mobile can call me within 48 hours should cell C not resolve this matter in the time stipulated. This is pathetic and a ******* ?? I am with Cell C cause of their data is reasonable for me although the network sucks bit to be ********** this way, I won't be taking this lightly, no ways. Cell C better sort this out or they will be losing me as a customer and every other friend and family if mine that started using the network cause I asked them so that I can call them with my free minutes that I get each time I recharge. I never give you guys problems especially with my contract now why am I being ********** this way?

Good morning Lerato

Airtime and data do not disappear, there are causes such as content subscription services, out-of-bundle data rates can quickly deplete airtime, new smartphones, and faster networks mean data is used quicker etc.

We will get one of our consultants to assist.

I know that and you are missing the point, this has never happened to me before. Why is it that you guys never notified me that my data is 15 mb as you would normally do? Are you guys going to give me back my airtime or not?
