Cell c campany is the worsed to have a cellphone contract with, they don't want to let go or terminate contracts that are paid off, they ripped me off and cheated me by extra R924 that I had to pay even after the contact was canceled 4 years ago after going from thier shop to shop pillar to post, they said my account was active when they had confirmed that the contract was canceled via telephone conversation in 2016 and at that time they were only debiting R39 for data that I never even used once hence I wanted to cancel the paid up contact phone, and even after I recently paid that R924 on the 2nd of July 2020 which was accumulated cost from an " active account" I still can't get a cancelation or paid up letter from them from calling and follow up constantly it's been a month now and they use covid 19 as an excuse and working from home, it take 48 hours to get that letter which was promised when the payment was done what's the hold up now it's 23 July already ??? I'm so annoyed and irritated I will never ever have a contract with cell c nor shall my family and friends, Cell C ****s people off thier money.
