I received a call from Leah on 16 November to upgrade my contract. Since I have another contract and wanted to keep my number I was offered a Straight Up 30 TopUp package for R35.00 per month with effect from 15 December 2015. My contract was immediately changed, I lost some airtime and all my sms's were forfeited. Now this is total dishonesty as I emphasized that I will require my airtime until the 15 December. To add insult to injury my account was debited with the previous contract amount on 30 November. Come on Cell C, the reception is so bad on the phone that people can never hear me. That is the reason I had to take out another contract with another service provider. Please credit me for the overcharge or alternatively just leave my contract as it was. Your telesales staff are ********* and cannot do their job properly. I am fed up with Cell C
