Can someone please explain to me, cause i have never seemed to get a clear answer! what is the the point of selling whatsapp data bundle when at the end of the day your other data and airtime will be depleted. I mean realy now i might aswell just stick to one. right not my airtime and date is gone while 99% of the i have been using whatsapp and i bought whatsapp data bundle. whoever came up with this bundle did a terrible job, because even if you buy the whatsapp data bundle somehow you still end up losing any other data you had. Please dont even try to say there are programmes running in the background like you did just shift the blame from you to me, it wont work anymore take some responsiblity for once and please dont even forward me an email your sent to someone else its not helping but just insulting. you know moving to cell c was a cost saving mesure but i see i was fooled. At least with vodacom they know how to treat their customers and apologies when they are at fault, you can learn a thing or two from them!
