Ripoff company

I am so angry and regret the day i took a cell c contract, cell c is really making my life difficult i have complained several times since 2019 i even asked to speak to one of their managers and wrote on hello Peter before and nothing helps. My contract ended in July 2019 and they went on deducting the money from my account, i phoned them and told them to stop they told me i should give them a 30 days notice which i did immediately and i even asked them not to send me their airtime and data as I’m not interested in cell c any longer, they promised to stop, to my surprise they done it again the next month and tried to deduct the money from my account unfortunately they couldn’t find any money then they cut my line, when i phone them they told me to pay the money for airtime and data they sent me so that they can stop giving me their benefits, i went to Nedbank and paid i phoned them again after paying to let them know that i have paid and they should stop giving me their benefits, after i have complained on hello Peter the guy by the name of Thabang Mo***eng phoned me and he said he’s a cell c representatives he asked me what happened, i explained to him and asked him to listen to the recordings as they always say their phones are recording, he promised that he will do that and phone me back, he truly phoned me back and he said there is nothing he can do because there’s no recording where i told them that they should stop sending me their airtime and data. I was so shocked and angry at the same time, in other words he’s telling me that I’m lying, then he went on and say they will cut my line up until i pay them the 400 for airtime. I think i should involve my lawyers now because this is really stressful i can’t use my phone i can only receive calls they even restrict me from porting the number. I would like to advise people not to take cell c contract they are a ripoff company, they will make your life a living hell, even their staff are so rude
