*******'s..... I don't trust cell c anymore, I have been a loyal customer for years!!

*******, I have trusted them for many years but my trust Is broken....... I have bought R35 airtime and they took there emergency airtime of R15 immediately after that my R20 remaining balance is gone.... I am being told that I am subscribed to services which I never even agreed on..... Never have my airtime been taken before today!! Thy gave me a code to check n it shows I'm subscribed to 6 subscriptions.... If one is subscribed then we should be getting sms whr is the sms that proved I have subscribed to them!!! I am not stupid to even subscribe to things like that, I want my airtime back...... I will finish my contract and never ever use Cell c again as they have broken my trust for them........
