When I received my phone nobody told me that it was an open line.... I requested top up as I know I can afford top up and not open line... now I have an account of r961... WHICH I cannot pay.. my card hasn't even been in my phone but my bill is so high.... and I have had the phone for 2 months.... I refuse to pay that account as first of all I did not request it and second of all I can NOT afford it
