*******, Penalty twice, Bad Attitude

Been trying since January 2015 to get my account sorted, to no avail.<br> <br> Please note I don't want to cancel the contract but cancel/stop my debit order. I spoke to a consultant on the 25.02.2015 who confirm he will request his team leader to cancel the debit order as I send the termination letter on numerous occasions. My account was again debited and returned.<br> <br> I was also advised that I will not be liable for the penalty for February as im trying since January to get my account sorted. I received an SMS that my non payment has been handed over to XDS credit bureau. Want my name cleared from this bureau as I been trying tirelessly to come to an agreement/arrangement.<br> <br> This is incompetency at the highest level. When I called to make arrangement on my account I was advise I cant as it is not over R500 as yet, Now im handed over after trying everything in my power to get this sorted.<br> <br> Please can a manager call me urgently !!!
