******* on the cover for damaged phone.

i called the c surance(finrite) today:19/05/2015 to check if the claim i logged on sunday:18/05/2015 was received for my phone that has a broken screen, spoke to Masego and she said that the claim was sent to head office for approval so i must call back at 11. Called again at 1pm and spoke to another masego who told me that my claim was approved but i have to pay access of R500 and its my first time claiming, saturday i went to samsung and they said my quotation will be R1000 for the screen, now c surance is actually asking me to pay half of what the screen actually costs. if i am not going to be assisted and the phone covered in full i want a full refund on my premiums from the day i joined the insurance because i feel this insurance is a ******* and if i do not get the refund on my premiums or my phone is not covered in full i will contact my lawyer to get hold of you guys, i want feedback before end of today because i will not pay R500 for access.
