I have also had ongoing bad experience with Cell C. They continued to claim money from me by debit order after contract has ended and been cancelled. After escalating my email to a supervisor, nobody bothered to call me. A week later (Thursday) I call again and get told I will be contacted the next day for sure. Guess what? I'm still waiting for that fabled call from Cell C. I suspect they find any way they can to drag out contracts that have been terminated. For example, none of the call centre people I have spoken to over the last year telling them over and over again that I do not want their service anymore bothered to tell me that I need to \split my bill"until this week (after they had already deducted money for my one contract that had been cancelled). They also gave out my ph no. to direct marketers to sell me an unsolicited \""upgrade\"" contract"
