What a ******* . After cancelling my contract they still billed me. Called customer service constantly and they could not find the " recorded calls" . Sent multiple emails but no reply. I have reference numbers. All they did was hand over to attorneys for collection without even addressing my issue. Very disappointed. ************ 🤞🏿

Kindly advise when and how did you cancel the contract? As per the feedback on the system, the account was in arrears for more than 4 months and was deactivated from the network permanently.

17 Jun 2022, 22:07I had a sim only contract in August. I cancelled it in September the following month. You kept billing me and I phoned customer care about it and was given a reference number. I even went to you store at eastgate and the agent assisted me in drafting an email to you concerning the ongoing issue. I have a copy. Instead of calling me, attorneys call me and do not want to hear my story. I am livid
