******* artists - *****ing recharge money

My data on my phone ran out with no notification. When I checked my money balance it was R65. I immediately tried to buy a data bundle for R60 and it told me I have insufficient funds. I then checked my balance immediately again and it was R33. I then tried to buy a R25 data bundle and it told me I have insufficient funds. As I type this, it still says that I have R33 available but it also still tells me that I have insufficient funds to buy a R25 data bundle.

This is basically ***** to accomodate the ******* that is mobile data. Cell C's system tells me I cannot buy a data bundle and so Cell C is profiting by charging me neanderthal out of bundle rates of 99c per MB.

Cell C is effectively *****ing my money by preventing me from recharging on their systems.

I have been reimbursed for my losses, but it doesn't prevent it from happening again.
Cell C should have a facility to block data usage when a data bundle has been depleted (as is done on ADSL) until another data bundle has been loaded.
It is 100% possible. Very simple to do.
I expect that it is only not done because mobile operators know that out-of-bundle data consumption is an easy ******* of the consumer.
