RIP-OFF Artists

I have just cancelled my contracts with Cell-C and I was waiting for them to port my number back to Pre-Paid to move over to another service provider as they are now only offering the lowest specification phone for the most amount of money with virtually no benefits at all. I received an SMS today telling me that I have been moved from post-paid to pre-paid, and upon receiving this, I immediately went to call up a balance to see how much airtime I still have available. To my disgust, I noticed that I had 0 Airtime, 0 SMS's, 0 Data. FIRSTLY, the data, airtime and everything else that was on my account before moving the number to pre-paid has been PAID for by myself, WHAT RIGHT DO YOU THINK YOU HAVE to tell me on calling the call centre that I have now "FORFEIT" all the accumulated data and airtime??????? I will be putting a STOP to your final debit order as "I AM FORFEITING YOUR FINAL PAYMENT" because I do NOT see you fit to deduct the money from my account as you have seen fit to forfeit what I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR in advance.

Dear Mr Slabbert
Thank you for contacting Cell C.
Please note that in my attempt to assist with your query I had contacted you on the below numbers:
083*******
In order to process your request we need to verify your details telephonically for security purposes.

My Reply:
Good Day Theodorah.
As per my contract, you should more than likely be aware that I in fact have 2 numbers on your system seeing as they are being billed together, the one being 083******* and the other being 072*******. I would assume that seeing as both numbers and both contracts are under my name you would contact me on either of these numbers which apparently is not the case.

Thank you to Theodorah for sorting out this issue for me, Cell C should consider themselves SO EXTREMELY LUCKY to have someone as Patient, Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable and Helpful as yourself.
My apologies once again for the huge performance kicked up by myself today, but as we all know "This" is part of the requirements that Cell C have imposed on you, to not waiver their actions unless absolutely necessary.
If there is any Service provider or company out there looking to head hunt "Exceptional" personnel, you have just found your ideal candidate. As for Cell C, may our paths NEVER cross again, and once again, Thank You Theodorah.
Regards.
