I have contract with cellc, did a sim swap 3 months ago, it was working well till the last couple of days, I just lost network. Now I am told it might be a defective sim card. I am told I need to do a sim swap and incur the charges for a defective sim card which I got from them, I never even moved or tempered with the sim card.
