Last month I loaded a complaint for Cell C, requested a manager to call me, to date i have not had the courteousy of a call from management, a useless agent called doing managements dirty work. My query last month related to unauthorised debit order amounts coming from my account since January 2016 and i was told that my son is buying additional DATA monthly from an added value service which cell c has for their customers and this is after i put a limit on my son's cellphone, not to incurr additional costs and to my surprise this morning my account was debited in the exact same amount as January & February, R472.30, how is it possible that someone purchases DATA and every month it's the exact same amount, NONESENSE this is a ******* and i am going to be taking legal action against Cell C. I asked my son to show me this option that they say he is using to purchase additional data and it would not allow him to purchase any data. I had to buy airtime and load it on the wi-fi which he got with his cellphone as it would not allow him to purchase this DATA & yet CELL C again debits my account with the same amount as Jan & Feb R472.30. Awaiting MANAGEMENTS CALL, NOT A USELESS AGENT.<br> <br>
