Rights violated as a customer

To say that my rights have been violated by Cell C Sandton City would be putting it mildly, from being misinformed, disrespected and to top it all of to being **** to by the staff is truly disheartening it's freigthning to see the way they operate and they consider themselves as ambassadors of this huge organization, I've been failed as a customer and I want a regional manager to get in contact and I reapeat reginal manager to get in contact, this is a very simple instruction, let's see smart you are<br>
