RIDICULOUSLY PATHETIC

Cell C are happy to allow ********** contracts to be taken out on my name (and debit my account) and after a week of emailing and phoning are yet to issue me with a contract cancellation letter and give me the details of the date, the store and the consultant where this contract was **********ly taken out. Pathetic is an understatement. Attempts to reach management in the company have been futile. I was assured that after submitting the necessary documentation the matter would be resolved in 24-48 hours. Clearly honouring their word is not a high priority.
