Ridiculous Service from Cell C

My problems with Cell C never ends, it’s a nightmare after another. I took my phone for repairs and to date I haven’t received it and I’m being told the phone has been sent to Hazyview Cell C store. That store is no longer operational and every time I call them I’m being promised that a feedback will be sent to me. I gave up on a copy of my signed contract which they can’t find and when I went to store I was told I must call their call center. When I call call center they send me back to the store, so literally I just gave up on them.

We would require the IMEI number or the Job reference number for the repairs of the device.

Can you imagine that to date Cell C has just been being funny to me. It’s better that they terminate my service since they are failing to return my cellphone from repairs. This is absolutely madness and their service reeks of worst incompetency.

I sent you my ID number and your call center keeps on making false promises but be as it may I have instructed them today that we cut ties with business transactions and will consider MTN or Vodacom. The IMEI number you saying you have requested you are just creating technicalities to win argument here. It be right that I have to be kept waiting for almost three months to get the phone returned back to me. It’s absolutely nonsensical to say the least
