ridiculous service

I went to a Cell c store to blacklist my phone that was ****** due to burglary,i have been waiting for almost 3 weeks for the ITC ref and my insurance is unable to closed the claim because cell c is like a ****a shop,i spoke to a team leader from the call centre called Vusi and he told me this will sorted out latest friday,its another waiting for a stupid thing to be resolved,i guess this is wat u get when you deal with this kind of incompetence
