Ridiculous Policy

I need to migrate to another cellphone package. Called the call centre and was told that somebody will need to call me back within 2 days. Of course nobody has called me, but how ridiculous in this day and age that the agent I spoke to cannot do this immediately, why on earth does somebody need to call me 2 days later.<br> <br> Both Vodacom and Mtn do not operate in this weird manner, I guess I know now where to take my future business.
