Ridiculous over billed and ****.
I am disgusted with cell c, i have been over billed i dont know what for,from 22 to 26 OCTOBER 2021 i have payed my cell C contract R260, 3 NOVEMBER 2021 i also payed R260 bt on the 4th on NOVEMBER i have been billed Penalty fee which is double R70x2. I called customer service to change debit order date to 6th DECEMBER , of which i made a payment of R399.02 on the 4th of DECEMBER 2021,and on the 6th DECEMBER 2021 Cell c debited R377 and overdraft my account and added penalty fee again.
Mind you i do not know why cell c keep on telling me that my account is errors.. They demanded that i must pay 399.01 of which i do not know where does it come from? Cz i payed every month.
My account every month is R260 but they add the R70 penalty fee even if you pay on time. (December 2021).
