Ridiculous Excess and replacement phones !!!!!

I took out cell phone insurance Oct 2014 Sony Experia C from Cell C for 24 months R239 per month and had it insured with C surance R69 had been paying never defaulted. Lost my phone on 13th September 2015... Submitted my claim etc the excess added to be R1329.90c which was too much but paid it out of desperation and paid for my swimswap R114.00 I called again on 17-09-15 and found out that I have 3 options of replacement phones Blackberry Z3 which is R129/m on contract OR Hewei Y55 R109 /m, OR LG Spirit lite titanium R182/m......!!! In all that I still have to continue with my contract @ R239 per month and I AM SO NOT HAPPY WITH ALL THOSE OPTIONS AND HAVING HAD TO PAY SO MUCH EXCESS...!!!! <br> <br> Regards<br> Sisanda Gxowa<br> : [Email Removed]
