Ridiculous customer service and bunch of *****s!
Customer receive of Cell C is absolutely ridiculous. I received a mail 10 May, mentioning I'd be contacting within 2 business days. It's now 30 May, and I still haven't been contacted. I have been overcharged on my contract for the past two years, and nobody at the company is willing to help me, or as a reason in explaining this. I definitely won't be renewing my contract.
Please contact me and explain why I'm being overcharged on my contract! Reference Number : ********** 335
