Ridiculous Customer Service and billing!

I have a Blackberry Z10 which is used for browsing the web, im, Facebook etc. I have a monthly bundle of 5gb which I use for the above and for updates, I recently ran out of data and proceeded to load a R57 blackberry 1GB \BIS"bundle on Monday the 1st"
