Ridiculous company that doesnt care about ***** !!!
My account has been debited since December 2018. Its not May 2019 and still this has not been resolved. I was into the Kenilworth branch twice last month. All they keep saying is we waiting feedback from the ***** department this issues normally takes time. How long 5 Months???? This is rediculous!!! How much money have i lost through stop order fees that doesnt work because the amount now R2000 is debited from my account!!!! Do i need to take legal action for the stress that this is putting me though!!! You wont hesitate to take legal action when someone doesnt pay you!!!
