Ridiculous call times
DO NOT phone people at 7.30am. People are either getting ready for work, helping with the kids, generally quite busy or still sleeping. I missed an important call about a refund that needs to be put through and because of this I had to spend more time calling back and now I'm still waiting for your offices to call me! It's already 16.30 and doubt I will hear from you guys and therefore will have to wait even longer for my refund that I desperately need. Office hours generally start at 08.00 - stick to that. Even better, send an automated sms asking which times are best to call. It's impossible for us to resolve anything with you guys outside of office hours, we deserve the same respect.

I manually made a payment on my account last week but a debit order still went off and I need a refund to be put through. Apparently my details needs to be confirmed telephonically. All of this has caused a delay in the refund being processing and I desperately need that money.
