Ridiculous billing
<p>I owed Cell C R942 which was handed over. I never received any phone calls or letters from the attorneys. I took it upon myself to contact them to enquire about the balance in order to settle and then I am told that I owe them more than twice the amount i initially owed. The total amount owing is R1 741.67, these are people who didnt even bother making contact I had to get their details from Cell C to make arrangements. Big companies like Cell C take advantage of people all the time.</p> <p>Please can someone contact me in this regard so to settle this matter, I will not be dealing with Zuraida as she is nothing but a ***** that doesnt do her work but will charge ridiculous fees.</p>

This case is still not sorted out, I am dealing with Mpho from the Hellopeter helpdesk who is actually not so helpful. I have sent him two emails and he doesnt bother to respond. He called me on Monday after a week of logging the complaint. Does Cell C care about their customers is a big question. I dont think we are taken serious as clients. Can someone who is willing to resolve this contact me.
