Ridiculous and incompetant network

I have had it with this incompetant network. I laid a complaint on hello peter 2 or 3 weeks ago because they keep putting debit orders through that I must then reverse because I dont owe the any money. I have sent proof of payment through how manny times. They always investigating but still doing debit orders while investigating. My cell c contract number was ***. This id definately the worst network to do bussiness with. Even when the contract was active you could never rely on there network. Alway limited or no coverage.

Stop doing debit orders. I will decline it because I dont owwe you anything.
