Ridiculous

My sons phone got ******. We tried to do a sim swap as he uses the phone for business as well, because he couldn't remember the last number he dialed, they said he failed the security questions. He gave them the number he most frequently dialed, but they would not accept that. I find this rediculous. Who can remember the last phone number you dialed. Who can memorize all the numbers on their phone. I have had a contact with Cell C for the past nine years and two other contracts running consecutively for the past two years. Maybe the theif can let Cell C know what the last number dialed was. You are already in a state of shock but please make notes of the last number you dialed even if it was two weeks ago because as an eighteen year old you don't have airtime and use whatsapp calls most of the time.
