Ridiculous

<p>Last week i wrote here about the bad service i got from CellC and they responded, I thought it would be better but NO!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>They delivered a phone to me with a sim card that does not work, I called the customer line and emailed regarding this but it does not seem like I will get help, how can I use a phone that does not have a sim card..? And whats the point of customer line if I cant be helped there, I get emails that my query was received but what I need is a sim card with the data as promised last week...</p>
